Classic Favorites and Some New Favorites

Mostly coffee based, but not all.

Printable Crazy Casey

Amaretto Coffee

  • 1 1/2 oz. Amaretto
  • 8 oz. Hot Coffee
  • Whipped Cream
  • Ground Coriander
Stir Amaretto into the coffee, top with whipped cream and garnish with ground coriander.

Fuzzy Dick

  • 1 oz. Kahlua
  • 1 oz. Grand Marnier
  • Hot Coffee
  • Whipped Cream
  • Long Stemmed Cherry

Pour Kahlua and Grand Marnier into a coffee mug and fill with coffee. Top with whipped cream and a long stemmed cherry.

Rum Toddy

  • 1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tsp Water
  • 2 oz Light or Dark Rum
  • Lemon Twist

In old-fashioned glass dissolve sugar in water. Stir and add rum and a cube of ice. Stir again and add a twist of lemon peel.

Bailey's Mint Kiss

  • 1 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1/2 oz. Rumple Minze
  • 1/2 0z. Peppermint Schnapps
  • 3 oz. Hot Coffee
  • Whipped Cream

Combine in highball glass, top with whipped cream. (It may be wise to warm the glass by rinsing in hot tap water before adding the hot coffee).

Belgian Coffee

  • 1 oz. Cointreau
  • 1 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
  • Hot Coffee

Pour Cointreau and Bailey's into a Poussee Cafe Glass and fill with coffee.

Cafe Amaretto

  • 1/2 oz. Amaretto
  • 1/2 oz. Kahlua
  • Hot Coffee
  • Whipped Cream

Combine Amaretto and Kahlua in a mug, fill with coffee and top with whipped cream.

Cafe au Lait

  • 1/2 cup Hot Coffee
  • 1/2 cup Hot Milk (use whole milk, not skimmed)
  • Sugar to taste

Combine in a coffee cup or coffee mug. Try for brunch or "morning" drink after an enjoyable evening -

Cafe Caribbean

  • 3/4 oz. Amaretto
  • 3/4 oz. Run
  • 4 oz. Hot Coffee
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • Whipped Cream

Combine in a coffee cup or mug and top with whipped cream.

Cafe Chemineaud

  • 1 oz. Chemineaud Fine Brandy
  • 4 oz. Hot Coffee
  • Whipped Cream
  • Shaved Chocolate

Combine in a warmed Brandy Sniffer or coffee mug and top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.

Cafe D'olla

  • 2/3's cup Cold Coffee
  • 1 quart Water (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Molasses
  • Cinnamon
  • Anise
  • Whipped Cream

Combine in a sauce pan (non-metal if you can), gently heat to a drinkable temperature. STRAIN into coffee cups or mugs. Top with whipped cream.

Cafe Diable

  • 5 oz. Dark Rum or Brandy
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar
  • Cloves
  • Cinnamon
  • 5 cups Hot Coffee
  • 5 Orange Twists

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT the coffee, gently heat. Pour into individual coffee mugs and ignite. Add coffee and orange twist. Makes 5 servings.

Caffe Di Amaretto

  • 1 oz. Amaretto
  • Hot Coffee
  • Whipped Cream
  • Orange Zest

Pour Amaretto into coffee cup or mug, add coffee and top with whipped cream and orange zest.

Capriccio

  • 1 tbsp. Sugar
  • Cinamon
  • 1/2 oz. Brandy
  • 1.02 oz. Creme de Cafe
  • 1 oz. Amaretto
  • Hot Coffee
  • Whipped Cream
  • Cinnamon or Sliced Toasted Almonds
  • Long Stemmed Cherry

Coat the rim of a coffee mug (Irish if you have it) with cinnamon, place the sugar in the bottom of the mug, add brand, Creme de Cafe and Amaretto. Fill to about 3/4's full with hot coffee. Top with whipped cream, cinnamon (or sliced toasted almonds) and a long stemmed cherry.

Chocolate Coffee Kiss

  • 3/4's oz. Coffee Liqueur
  • 3/4's oz. Irish Cream
  • Splash - Brown Creme de Caco
  • Splash - Grand Marnier
  • 2 2/2 oz. Chocolate Syrup
  • Hot Coffee
  • Whipped Cream
  • Shaved Chocolate
  • Cherry

Pour all but coffee into coffee mug (Irish if available), fill will coffee, top with whipped cream, shaved chocolate and a cherry.

Hot Kiss

  • 1/2 oz. White Creme de Cacao
  • 6 oz. Hot Coffee
  • 1 oz. Irish Whiskey
  • Whipped Cream

Put Creme de Cacao and Whiskey into a coffee mug, fill with coffee and top with whipped cream. Serve with a kiss!

Hot Buttered Rum

  • 1 1/2 oz. Run
  • 6 oz. Hot Water
  • 1 tsp. Butter (use the real stuff)
  • Cinnamon Stick

Combine ingredients in a mug, stir until the butter melts and serve with a cinnamon stick.

Hot Orgasm #1

  • 1 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1 oz. Grand Marnier
  • 2 oz. Hot Coffee

Combine in a mug and see what comes next.

Hot Orgasm #2

  • 1 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1 oz. Grand Marnier
  • 2 oz. Hot Water

Combine in a mug and see what comes next.

Hot Spiced Cider

  • 1 1/2 oz. Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum
  • 8 oz. Hot Apple Cider
  • Cinnamon Stick

Combine in a large wine glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick. (You may want to warm the glass by rising in hot tap water before adding the ingredients.)

Hot Totty

  • 1 cup Brandy
  • Lemon Wedge

Gently heat brand until drinkably warm, add lemon wedge and serve in a Brandy Sniffer. (A red satin ribbon tied around the stem works wonders in the right situation).

Irish Coffee #1

  • 8 oz. Hot Coffee
  • 2 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 2 oz. Half and Half Cream
  • 1 tsp. Sugar

Mix ingredients and serve hot.

Irish Coffee #2

  • 1 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1 oz. Bushmill's Irish Whiskey
  • Hot Coffee
  • Whipped Cream

Pour Bailey's and Bushmill into a coffee mug, fill with coffee and top with whipped cream.

Irish Coffee #3

  • 2 Sugar Cubes
  • 1 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
  • 2 oz. Irish Whiskey
  • Hot Coffee
  • Whipped Cream

Place sugar cube in a coffee mug, add Grand Marnier and Whiskey. Fill with coffee and top with whipped cream.

Irish Coffee #4

  • 3 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1 1/2 oz. Kahlua
  • Hot Coffee
  • Whipped Cream

Pour Bailey's and Kahlua in a coffee mug (Irish coffee style if you can), fill with coffee and top with whipped cream.

Italian Coffee

  • 1/2 oz. Amaretto
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Coffee Ice Cream - frozen
  • Hot Coffee

Pour Amaretto in a coffee cup or mug (Irish coffee style mug if you can), add coffee and top with ice cream.

Jamaican Coffee #1

  • 1 oz. Brandy
  • 1 oz. White Rum
  • Hot Coffee
  • Gounded Nutmeg

Pour brandy and rum into a coffee cup or mug, fill with coffee and top with grounded nutmeg.

Jamaican Coffee #2

  • 1 oz. Jamaican Rum
  • 1 oz. Coffee Liqueur
  • Hot Coffee
  • Whipped Cream
  • Grounded Allspice
  • Sugar

Coat rim of coffee mug with sugar (may need to mix the sugar with a little water - don't dissolve the sugar - to get it to stick), add rum and liqueur, fill with coffee and top with whipped cream. Garnish with grounded allspice.

Mexican Coffee

  • 1 oz. Coffee Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. Tequila
  • Hot Coffee
  • Whipped Cream

Pour liqueur and Tequila into a coffee mug, fill with coffee and top with whipped cream.

Mocha Brandy

  • 1 cup Milk (You can use"whole" soy milk or lactose reduced milk, but don';t use skimmed milk).
  • 3 tsp. Nestle Quick Chocolate Mix (Sugar free version works)
  • 1 1 /2 oz. Brandy
  • Whipped Cream

Combine and mix ingredients, gently heat until drinkably warm. Serve in coffee mug topped with whipped cream. (For a special evening use a warmed Brandy Sniffer, perhaps with a ribbon as noted above.)

Russian Coffee

  • 1/2 oz. Coffee Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. Hazelnut Liqueur
  • 1/4 oz. Vodka
  • Hot Coffee
  • Whipped Cream

Pour liqueurs and vodka into a coffee mug, fill with coffee and top with whipped cream.

Tia-Maria

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 4 tsp. Instant Coffee
  • 1 bup Bundy Rum
  • 4 tsp Vanilla Extract

Boil water sugar and coffee for 10 minutes, remove from heat and cool. Add remaining ingredients and put into bottles. Store for a week then heat to drinking temperature and enjoy.
